The Right of Way House

Right of Way House

This little house sits almost on top of a rural highway. A large vehicle like a semi-truck would have a difficult time pulling in front of the house and not remaining on the road. That could be part of why it was abandoned.
Half of the house is sagging and a car shed next to it has already collapsed. The floor is in horrible condition, the upstairs is seeping into the downstairs, and I don’t think this old place has many more years in it.
I’ve only found a little information about it, and I won’t include any names. But, it seems based on land ownership this place was a farm and kept in the same family for at least 112 years. Current owner is an LLC that could very well be some sort of heirs of that family.

An abandoned house partially hidden among tall trees and dense underbrush.
