Governor Josh Stein offers $25,000 reward for information about Angela Hamby disappearance.

North Carolina governor Josh Stein is offering a reward of up to $25,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person or persons responsible for the 1982 disappearance of Angela Hamby in Wilkesboro.  

Hamby went missing from Wilkesboro with little to no evidence of what happened to her.
